It’s been three years since I last posted, and wow, what a ride it’s been! Life at 35 has brought a whirlwind of exciting changes, new passions, and unforgettable experiences. So let me summarize and catch y’all up, before we get back to blog writing again! (Because truth be told, I’ve missed it)
Home Sweet Home: We moved into our dream house, and it’s everything we hoped for and more. Every corner feels like a perfect fit for our lives. Still ‘making it a home’ but that’s my excuse to continue to decorate!
Hair Transformation: I finally got extensions, and they have been a game-changer. My hair has never been thicker or longer—I’m absolutely in love with it! Having long hair is everything I could have dreamed, and will never take it for granted!
Skin Care Saga: While my skin routine hit a rough patch, I’m on a mission to bring it back stronger than ever. Glossier, Paula’s Choice, and The Ordinary remain my skincare heroes.
Pickleball Passion: I discovered pickleball and am officially obsessed. Not to brag, but I’m pretty good at it too!
Swiftie Life: I’ve become a proud Swiftie. Taylor Swift’s music has been a major source of inspiration over the past couple of years. I’m ecstatic to be seeing her live in Edinburgh next week!
Concert Adventures: Speaking of concerts, seeing Christina Aguilera in London with my best friend was a dream come true. We’re also gearing up for the Taylor Swift concert—our concert-going duo is unstoppable!
Disney Magic: My love for Disney knows no bounds. Countless visits to Disney parks and my first Disney cruise have been pure magic. Life is undeniably better through Disney’s lens!
Roller Coaster Love: I’ve rediscovered my love for roller coasters. Despite the inevitable post-ride nausea, I keep going back for more thrills!
Podcasting Fun: My best friend and I started a podcast, City After Dark, where we recap Sex and the City. It’s been one of the most enjoyable projects we’ve ever done.
Audio Book Adventures: Diving into the world of audiobooks has been an incredible journey. It’s opened up so many new stories and perspectives.
Lufanian Life: I’ve become a Lufanian (IYKYK), and if you don’t you need to listen to LuAnna the podcast!
Makeup Maven: My loyalty to Iconic London as my go-to makeup brand remains unwavering. They’re the original OGs in my beauty routine.
Poshmark Discoveries: I’ve discovered Poshmark and am thrilled with my sustainable purchases and amazing bargains. It feels great to shop sustainably
