a Scottish girl living the American dream. Fashion, beautiful and everything fabulous to me!

Hello Saks Fifth Avenue! Today I am enjoying 2 hours of uninterrupted ‘just Francene’ time bliss! Wandering around beauty, surrounded by great designers, stunning scents, fabulous heels and I couldn’t be happier!
I heard Saks Fifth Avenue had finished its renovations and I couldn’t wait to see it for myself (plus enjoy some ‘me’ time!)

Signs paved the way to the new entrance. Instantly walking out onto the beauty and scent counters it looked shiny & new! They have a modern bar in the center next to a white staircase leading you up to the women’s designers.
It’s light, modern and fresh looking. Easy listening beats in the background setting the ultimate shopping experience.
I instantly spritz Tom Ford (blue label because it makes me feel like I’m a better person) and I confidently trotted to the heels! I tried on the louboutin Kate I have my eye on then pulled two of my favorite dresses to try on… They maybe out of my price range at the moment but a girl can aim right?!? Marc Jacobs navy see through dress & BCBG suede brown dress (can’t resist tassels!)

I LOVE Dolce&Gabbanas Lemon theme for summer along with their wedges.
My little outfit for this occasion was…

Jcrew black halter neck dress (from EBay I might add!)

toryburch black bag

river island black wedge heels

Gucci gold watch

ASOS orange quilted crop jacket (it’s always cold in air-con places!!)
What I ate & drank….
Champagne with lemon

Godiva chocolate covered strawberries!

Ladies you all need to have an afternoon at Saks! It’s been heaven….!
