I love being a gym bunny (i confidently say this from the comfort of a new ‘hiking’ machine in the gym!) and I’ve said it so many times since moving to the states I’m a lot more ‘comfortable’ with what I choose to wear.
I spend most of my time in gym gear (even if I’m not going to the gym!) if I could get away with wearing Nike leggings to work on dressed down Friday’s I most definitely would!
On that note.. There is nothing wrong with cooperating your work out attire into your everyday attire!
