a Scottish girl living the American dream. Fashion, beautiful and everything fabulous to me!

Are face mists beauty products best kept secret?! Do you use them?

I know I know we all think you should moisturize morning and night, I’m sure many of us (excluding myself with my crazy routine!) don’t even moisturize more than once! We need to take care of our bodies biggest organ!

Now, maybe there is a solution, a 24/7 easily applied beauty mist! Pretty much all of the face mists on the market hydrate but there are ones specific to skin tone, as a spf, make up setting and cool downs after the gym.

Face mists are best as on-the-go hydrators, spritzed on whenever your skin feels uncomfortable or tight during the day, or maybe you just need to relax and refresh! Don’t worry using it for spraying face mist over makeup, it’s totally fine. In fact, they often help makeup last even longer and give skin a fresh, dewy sheen.

When I’m reading blogs I always like to know what the writer is using and what they have in their beauty collection. It says a lot when recommending beauty products! So, here are the four I use daily!

Caudalie Paris Grape Water Mist – this remains in my work bag at all times! I use this throughout the day and it’s crazy refreshing! For best results spray just before an important meeting – it gives you the boost you need!

Thayers witch hazel aloe Vera lavender mist – this is a great mist especially before bedtime with the added relaxing lavender. I will also add in, after birth I used this spray after every bathroom stop to help me heal – it was also pretty refreshing however unconventional that sounds!

Avene thermal spring water – this one is great for sensitive skin, it’s soothing! Perfect for after working out!

Kept the last for BEST! Body Shops vitamin e face mist! Best results keep it in your fridge then take it out in the morning to refresh throughout the day! Honestly it’s perfect for vacay!
