So I’m officially addicted to my gym work outs – I just need my body to catch up and show off my hard work (2lbs in 6 weeks…argh!!!)
In order to ensure I’m not ruining it with my food this long weekend I’ve made a conscious effort to think about my food options – for example we went to the cinema – I planned to eat dinner before opposed to buying fast food their, instead of coke I had a cup of tea! It’s the small changes that help.
I know there are other people out there like me – trying to get the right balance. So here is the meal I made this evening:
Mushrooms, Broccoli, cauliflower, pork dumplings and sweet corn. A littk treat is my chocolate mousse. Yummmmy!!
