a Scottish girl living the American dream. Fashion, beautiful and everything fabulous to me!

Yes, those hash tags are appropriate to start off this article cause I’m going to be boosting about my brows!!
In case you haven’t heard of manual microblading, erm where have you been?!? This is a form of semi-permanent tattoo that involves using tiny needles (instead of a tattoo gun) that make up a small blade to help deposit pigment under your skin.
So I was always proud of my thick brows, but they have thinned out at the sides and I always felt one was thicker than the other (I haven’t dared try to reshape myself!) I longed to wake up like Lily Collins & Cara Delevingne!
So after my friend posted a picture after getting her brows done by @browsbybrittney I instantly booked an appointment!
So what is good about microblading? Apart from having dream brows which shape your face, gone have the days of spending 10 minutes filling them in!!! You could have the thinest, blondest brows or just need them filled in then this procedure works wonders! This will create a legit appearance of naturally full brows. The color is even matched against your natural color.
Once she was done explaining everything, it was time to lie down and relax. She immediately started creating the tiny superficial cuts in and along my brow, and then deposited a pigment over my arches so it would seep into the hair-like wounds she had just created. I realize this all sounds super-painful, and I would be lying if I said it wasn’t, I have 9 tattoos and this wasn’t that bad!
She told me that the results usually last around 9-12 months before I would need a touch up (though after four weeks, you do go in for a touch-up maintenance session)
This is just day one but I instantly saw the results! If you are interested in this procedure I highly recommend visiting Brittney!

Top picture was straight after procedure, bottom left and middle was this morning and bottom right is how I would fill them in using make-up = HUGE difference!!!!!
