a Scottish girl living the American dream. Fashion, beautiful and everything fabulous to me!

Oh my gosh this morning has flown by! I’ve cleaned our bedroom and changed round our living room as we just put in a rocker in our bedroom (thank you to our lovely friend who donated it to us for the cub!) so our living area needed rearranged and honestly it looks so much better… everything takes that much longer when you have a baby! Every 5 minutes I was picking her up and walking her round the room! I have dishwasher on, clothes in the wash… I mean #WINNING! So now I just need the cub to go for a long enough sleep for me to shower then to bath her… tonight we will be attempting to meet my friend for dinner… lets see how the little cub is!

Now, I have been meaning to write a proper review on one of my FAVORITE lip glosses! I tend to stick to Anastasia matte nude lip color which I use daily then I mix in other colours for long lasting. If I’m going on a night out, or like tonight dinner, I tend to put on Jouer Lip Topper in skinny dip…

Jouer Skinny Dip Lip Topper ($16.00 for 0.20 fl. oz.) is a muted, medium gold with warm undertones and flecks of gold and pink shimmer. It has a sheer coverage that applied fairly evenly with good disperson of shimmer/sparkle across the lips. The Lip Topper formula can be used alone or over a lip product, and it is designed to be a sheerer product. There was a bit of product that settled into my deeper lip lines, but the shinier, sparklier finish made it less noticeable from a normal viewing distance. The formula felt thin, balmy that felt hydrating over time. The Lip Topper formula does have a sweet, sugary scent – it makes me want to lick my lips when I apply it!

This skinny dip product sold out so many times, and has been a favorite among the blogger community – I couldn’t wait to get a hold of one for myself and honestly I highly recommend it for your beauty make-up kit!

Have you tried this out before? What are your thoughts?
